Rikk Keobounpheng

Rikk has been in the architectural hardware business since 1987 accumulating a wealth of knowledge. He got his footing locally at architectural hardware retailers in the Twin Cities then went out on his own in 2000 with Knobs & More, formerly known as Knobs & Knockers. In 2012 he started Knobbery Minneapolis and has been growing his family run small business for over a decade.

When he is not in the office he likes to spend his time outdoors (hunting, fishing, camping) or with his herd of animals at home; Dakota & Duke (german sheperds), Felix (the cat), and chickens!

Mitch is an absolute natural in the architectural hardware business. Gaining insight and special knowledge from the Knobbery Minneapolis founder Rikk (who happens to be his dad) he can assist you with anything hardware and sometimes beyond. Mitch has been with Knobbery Minneapolis since April 2022 and is thrilled to be in the family business. He is bringing his talents and ideas to expand and grow their family-owned small business.

He lives just outside of the metro area with his wife and three feisty and adorable children! When he isn't in the office or loving dad life he spends his time coaching soccer, his other passion.

Knobbery Minneapolis has a secret weapon and it is Crystal Jung. She studied Interior Design at Alexandria Technical College and has been in the business for over 30 years; as a selection specialist for local remodeling companies, associate at kitchen design companies and as a design and sales associate at other local architectural hardware retailers. We snapped her up and she has been with the Knobbery since August 2024. 

With a multitude of interests when she has time outside of the office she loves hiking, running, kayaking, thrifting, organizing and wandering art museums.

Craig came to the Knobbery in July 2016. He met Rikk years before in 1993 when they worked together at a now closed architectural hardware retailer. With over 35 years in the business and 15 of them specifically in architectural hardware Craig has the knowledge to help you navigate hardware and answer all your questions!

Craig grew up locally in South Minneapolis and attended West High School. If he isn't at the office he cherishes time with family, long walks around the city and his pit mix, Maisy. 

Katy joined us in November 2025 as a design intern and social media strategist. Already coming to us with a degree in Communications from the University of New Mexico. She is now learning about the architectural hardware business while studying Interior Design at Century College. She made a pivot to start a new career after a successful career as a local college and high school swim coach.

When she isn't at Knobbery Minneapolis she enjoys designing friends homes, time outside in and around any body of water, playing volleyball, and traveling. She has two furry friends at home Tiny and Astro Train, both cats.
