Is Knobbery Minneapolis Open to the Public?
Yes we are! Not only are we open to the public, we also work with trade (builders, contractors, designers, architects). There are no limitations on the selections or services we offer to our customers.
Knobbery Minneapolis Return Policy
- ALL ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO A 35% RESTOCKING CHARGE AND MUST BE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION AND PACKAGING
- NO RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS- All items must be in their respective packages when returned. Hardware cannot be returned once installed- unless the product is defective.
- ALL CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NON-RETURNABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
How long does it take to receive my order?
- Lead time can vary between different manufacturers and the immediate availability of products in stock.
- Average lead time on most orders is 2 - 3 weeks, but custom orders may take up to 12 weeks.
- Knobbery Minneapolis confirms lead time and stock for all products ordered, and we keep our clients informed.
Do you have catalogs from different suppliers that I can take home?
Although Knobbery Minneapolis doesn't have its own catalog, we do carry a variety of catalogs/brochures from our manufacturers that we hand out to our customers to take home when requested.
